This is my hidden Realm. You can never tell what you might find here. Might be an Elf hiding behind a bush or a faery lingering behind a leaf. Tiptoe as you meander along the paths but don't disturb the sleeping Winkles. They get very grouchy.
What is a Winkle? I knew you would ask me that. Well, Winkles are those little creatures that are kinda like an Elf but with wings like a faery. Not many humans have seen them because they sleep all day and eat all night. But when they are awakened before the moon turns gray they get grouchy and stomp all around and squash all the faery hiding places.
Sometimes you can find them in corners in castle dungeons. That's because it is so dark in there and they won't be disturbed. If you can ever catch a Winkle you will have quite a prize. That is, if you can keep him confined. They are not easy creatures to have around. They will create so much noise and raise such a stink that you will be glad to let him go. Well, anyway, if you believe in faeries you HAVE to believe in Winkles. They create the sparkle in your eye. NOW do you see them?
