I am so glad that you decided to stop by.  I have received so many beautiful awards that I decided it was time I gave something back.

There are a few rules of course in order to quality for my awards.

1. Your site MUST be child-safe ! No swearing, nudity or sex (even mild)
   There are no exceptions here folks.

2. No commercial sites (if you're selling or advertising a product or services it's commercial)

3. No pornography, hate, racist or Satanist sites !
   

4. No under construction sites.
   

5. You must be the author of the site.
   

6. Reasonably quick loading.
   

7. Not just a page of links. Must have some original content.
   

8. OK...yes you have to sign my guest book too.
   

9. Above all I must like it. Not everyone that applies will receive an award.
   Otherwise what's the point?
